We didn't stray too far away from the strip aside from the day trip to Lake Meade and the Hoover Dam. I figured next time out we could to downtown Vegas. We did manage to spend some time in the old Sands before it was imploded. New York, New York and the Monte Carlo were still being built. I can't wait to take a return trip.
